From the relation between two entities a new concept of urban wellness has arrived in Slovenia. This new concept is called EUROFINTESS. The SLOVENIA SPORTS UNION and UBAE have achieved an agreement for managing, in the city of Ljubljana, an urban wellness centre.

The collaboration between both entities started fifteen years ago. The Slovenian sports Union is a leader in the organisation and development of sport for all programmes in Slovenia and the promotion of the physical activity as a habit of health has become an important challenge for this organisation. Thanks to the future opening of the new wellness centre in Ljubljana, the entity set up

a new period of development.

UBAE is a Catalan organisation which started managing sports entities over 20years ago in Cataluña will contribute their” know how” in the matter. At the moment Ubae manages 11 wellness centres, implying a surface of over 80.000 m2 of activity space and attends more than 70.000 people, which supposes a registration of 6 million users per year.

The concept of EUROFITNESS is based on the offer of activities related to physical activity and health. Part of the proposal of one single fee that includes all the services offered.  From 7 until 22h, from Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 to 13h, the users can take part in all the activities and use the space available all with Tno extra cost.

The name of  the sports centre in Llubjanón will be SUS EUROFINTESS and it is located between 2 districts, Siska and Koseze, in Vodnikova Cesta street number 155.

The first phase will have 1.500 m2, where a fitness room of  240m2 will be built equipped with the latest fitness equipment, a studio to carry out group exercise sessions, a sports court as well as changing rooms and communal areas.
